Radish is thick-sliced and tinged with red pepper powder. Then mixed with diced salt-fermented intestines of Alaska pollack.

Salt-fermented intestines of Alaska pollack are protein food rich in free amino acids. It is a traditional fermented food with plenty of digestive enzymes.

Ingredients

2 radishes, salt-fermented Alaska pollack intestines 1 C, watercress 100g, red pepper powder C, green onions 50g, ginger 10g

Directions

1) Shred radish thick and add red pepper powder to tinge red.

2) Shred white part of green onions; chop garlic and ginger. Cut watercress to 4cm length.

3) Rinse salt-fermented Alaska pollack intestines and mince well.

4) Add minced 'changnanjeot' to radishes and mix with seasoning.
